All sessions are equipped with a laptop and a LCD projector. No personal laptop is allowed for the presentation.
Presentations should be in a Microsoft PowerPoint Windows-based environment. Macintosh users must export their presentation as an MS PowerPoint file or save it as a PDF file.
Each presenter shall bring their presentation on a USB drive and upload it onto the laptop provided 15 minutes before the session starts.
You are expected to be in the presentation room for the entire session you are presenting in. DO NOT turn up just before your scheduled presentation time.
