All participants to the conference are required to register and pay the registration fee.

Ringgit Malaysia (RM) payments are only accepted from Malaysian participants.

A full registration covers TWO (2) presented papers. A student registration covers ONE (1) presented paper.

The presenter of a paper must be an author of the paper.

IEEE members are eligible for a discount on the AAI2026 conference registration fees. Members are required to update their IEEE membership number in their EDAS profile before registering. Members are also required to bring along their current IEEE membership card for verification at the conference.

Full-time undergraduate or postgraduate students are eligible for student rate. They are required to indicate and update their student status in their EDAS profile before registering.

Bring along the Student Identification Card and/or IEEE Membership Card to the conference for verification.

1. No refund will be provided if the delegate is unable to attend the conference because a visa is not issued.
2. No refund will be provided if the delegate is unable to attend the conference because of travel delays or missed flights.
3. No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
4. If the physical conference is unable to proceed due to the pandemic, the event will proceed on-line. No refunds will be provided.
5. We suggest you have travel insurance to cover all eventualities including the change or format or cancelation of the conference.
